Maureen Ehrenberg
Maureen Ehrenberg is the Executive Managing Director of Solutions Development for Sireas Global Real Estate Advisors. Before joining Sireas, she founded Blue Skyre which was acquired by Lessen (a proptech company), Maureen was the Global Head of Strategic Real Estate Operations for WeWork, the International Director and Global President of JLL Integrated Facilities Management Services, the Global Head of Integrated Facility Management at CBRE, the Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Company and the President and CEO of Grubb and Ellis Management Services, Inc.

Brian O'Donnell
Brian O'Donnell is a proud member of Local 399 and the Chief Engineer at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Data Center, where he has dedicated 25 years to ensuring operational excellence and system reliability. Leading a team of eight highly skilled engineers, he manages the maintenance and performance of 100,000 square feet of mission-critical white space that supports one of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations.

Kevin Pawlisz
Kevin Pawlisz serves as Chief Engineer at JLL's CyrusOne site, where he leads a team of 27 engineers across three mission-critical data center buildings. With over 8 years at JLL and 15 years of mechanical engineering expertise spanning residential to industrial applications, Kevin brings deep operational knowledge to data center maintenance and reliability strategies.

Chris Straley
Chris Straley is an experienced leader in data center products and solutions, with a career that encompasses product development, sales engineering, and technical account management. He specializes in optimizing data center capabilities, including power, cooling, interconnection, and edge services. Chris effectively combines technical expertise and business insight, transforming complex infrastructure requirements into scalable, customer-focused solutions that drive growth and operational excellence.
